The basics

Signals, agents & prospecting

What is a purchase signal?

A purchase signal is an observable public event indicating that a healthcare facility has an active intent or need in your product category.

Example: a hospital issuing a tender for a new MRI scanner is a strong signal if you sell MRI software. "If they are buying a scanner, they will need a software." Medify detects them in real time.

Unlike generic tools (LinkedIn, purchased databases), our signals are specific to the French hospital market and updated continuously.
What is a signal agent?

A signal agent is an AI agent that continuously monitors public data sources on behalf of your company.

When a relevant event for your offer is detected (tender, leadership change, degraded indicator...), it is automatically identified, qualified, then sent to the Medify interface. Your team can then act immediately on that signal, at the right moment, with the right context.

The agent runs 24/7 without any action on your part. You no longer need to monitor sources: it does it for you, and only surfaces what truly matters for your case.
What does this change in practice for my prospecting?

Three fundamental changes compared to traditional prospecting:

1. Timing: You no longer contact at random. Every outreach is triggered by a real event at the facility. Prospects sometimes wonder how you knew.

2. Personalization: Every message mentions a concrete and recent element from the facility (HAS score, activity, context). This is not "mass email with first name". It's a message that proves you know their situation.

3. Workload for your team: Your sales rep no longer does sourcing, sending or follow-ups. They only handle confirmed meetings. Their "selling time / prospecting time" ratio flips.

Average reply rate with standard cold outreach: 2-3%. Reply rate with Medify (signal + contextual personalization): 10-15% on best-scored targets.
Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes, fully. Our approach is built to comply with GDPR and CNIL recommendations on B2B prospecting, on three levels:

Source data: 100% from official public sources (HAS, IQSS, IFAQ, PMSI, SAE, FINESS, RPPS, public procurement directories). Zero data purchased from third parties, zero illegal scraping. Everything is documentable and auditable.

Contacts: We approach healthcare professionals and buyers in the context of their professional activity, via their public professional contact details. The CNIL legal basis for B2B prospecting (legitimate interest) applies in full.

Sequences: Every message includes a clear, functional unsubscribe mention, processed within 24h. Your client data is siloed and never shared or resold.

Who we are

Agify & Medify

Where is Agify based?

Agify is based at Station F in Paris, Europe's largest startup campus.

What exactly is Medify?

Medify is Agify's B2B outbound prospecting service, specialised for MedTech companies selling to French hospitals.

Concretely: we identify hospital facilities with active buying intent for your medical device category, find the right decision makers (healthcare manager + budget buyer), and deploy personalised prospecting sequences to generate qualified meetings on your behalf.

You receive confirmed meetings in your calendar. You don't have to manage the sourcing, sending, or follow-up.

What is the difference between Agify and Medify?

Agify is the parent company. It develops AI-driven commercial automation solutions for various B2B markets.

Medify is the product dedicated to the MedTech / healthcare sector. It integrates the specifics of the French hospital market and operates with in-depth knowledge of its players, regulatory constraints and buying cycles.

02
Getting started

Onboarding & setup

Do I need technical skills to use Medify?

No technical skills required. Medify is a service managed end-to-end by our teams.

You don't need to install software, configure a CRM, or manage email sequences yourself. Your only responsibility: validate targets with us at kick-off, and honour the meetings we generate for you.

What you do: a 45-minute diagnostic call, validate targets, then receive meetings in your calendar.
How does launching a sprint work?

The launch process runs in 4 steps over approximately 10 days:

1. Diagnostic (D0) - 45-minute call to define your target segment, priority decision makers, and key value proposition.

2. Scoring & targeting (D1-D5): We score healthcare facilities against your criteria and select the most qualified accounts.

3. Validation (D6-D8) - You approve the account list and messages before launch. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

4. Launch (D9) - Sequences go live. You receive a weekly report and meetings are added directly to your calendar.

How long until we get first results?

First positive replies typically arrive between D+10 and D+21 after sequence launch. First confirmed meetings are generally booked within the first 3 to 4 weeks.

Over a full 6-week sprint, our clients generate on average 15 to 30 qualified meetings with hospital decision makers (department head, biomedical engineer, procurement director).

03
Client support

Support & follow-up

Are we supported throughout the process?

Yes, at every step. You have a dedicated point of contact at Medify from the first call to the last meeting of the sprint.

Every week you receive a performance report (sends, open rate, reply rate, meetings booked). At mid-sprint, we hold an optimisation review to adjust messages or targets if needed.

You don't manage the prospecting - but you stay informed of everything happening on your behalf.

Do we have a dedicated contact or is it a generic support?

A dedicated contact who knows your account. No ticketing, no generic support.

What happens if we don't get results?

This is a situation we take very seriously - and it's rare, precisely because we qualify our clients upfront. If results fall short of the targets set during the diagnostic, we extend the sprint at no extra cost until we hit them.

We don't sell to MedTech companies whose product, target or market doesn't fit our method. This upfront rigour is what allows us to be confident about results.

04
Performance

Targeting & results

Can we target specific facilities or regions?

Yes, with very fine granularity. Medify scoring covers all French healthcare facilities. You can filter by region, facility type (CHU, CH, private clinic, ESPIC), size, HAS score, PMSI activity level, IQSS/IFAQ signal, and much more.

If you already have a list of target accounts (Salesforce accounts, existing CRM), we can also work on your database and score your priority accounts.

Do you work with all types of medical devices?

We work with MedTech companies selling medical devices, hospital equipment, digital health solutions or medical consumables to French public and private healthcare facilities.

The method works particularly well for medical devices with a 3-to-24 month sales cycle, an average deal above €10,000, and that require convincing multiple stakeholders (clinician + buyer). If your product is sold only through pharmacies or in B2C, Medify is not the right fit.

Does Medify work with MedTech startups or only large companies?

Both. Our client portfolio includes Series A/B MedTech startups launching their commercialisation in France, scale-ups looking to accelerate market penetration, and French subsidiaries of international groups needing a local approach.

The determining factor isn't size - it's having a medical device with valid CE marking, a clear value proposition, and a sales team available to honour the meetings generated.

05
Compliance

Data & GDPR

Where does your hospital data come from?

100% from French public and official sources:

- HAS (certification des établissements, scores et re-audits)
- IQSS (indicateurs qualité et sécurité des soins)
- IFAQ (incitation financière à la qualité)
- PMSI (Programme de Médicalisation des Systèmes d'Information)
- SAE (Statistiques d'Activité des Établissements)
- Annuaires publics (RPPS, FINESS, répertoires des achats publics)

No data purchased from third parties or illegally scraped. Everything is documented and auditable.

How do you handle GDPR and data protection?

All our campaigns are designed in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CNIL recommendations for B2B prospecting.

Contacts used are healthcare professionals approached in the context of their professional activity, via their public professional contact details. Every sequence includes a clear and functional unsubscribe notice.

Your client data is never shared, resold, or used for any purpose other than your campaign. For full details, see our Data & Compliance page.

Is our data and CRM pipeline secure?

Yes. We do not request access to your CRM or internal tools. Campaign data (account lists, contacts, results) is stored in secure, per-client siloed environments.

At the end of the sprint, you receive a full export of all campaign data. We retain no data belonging to you beyond the contractual relationship.

06
Commercial offer

Pricing & commitment

What does a Medify Sprint cost?

Pricing details are available in the Pricing tab.

The best way to get a precise figure is to request your diagnostic: a free 45-minute no-commitment call, at the end of which we give you a personalised campaign plan with estimated budget.

As a reference: our clients often reallocate their LinkedIn Ads or medical congress budget to Medify, generating 10 to 20x more qualified meetings for the same investment.
Is there a long-term commitment?

No. A Medify Sprint is a 6-week commitment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. At the end of the sprint, you freely decide whether to launch a new one.

Most of our clients renew - not out of obligation, but because results deliver. We'd rather earn your trust with each sprint than lock it into a contract.

Can we integrate results into our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot...)?

Yes. Meetings are delivered in the format that suits you: direct calendar invite, CSV export for CRM import, or Zapier/Make connection if your stack supports it.

We can also format account cards (facility, contact, detected purchase signal, exchange history) for a clean import into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or any other CRM.

How many sprints can we run simultaneously?

Agify intentionally limits intake to 3 new sprints per month to maintain quality for every campaign. If you have multiple product lines or target markets to address simultaneously, we can structure parallel sprints - provided your sales team has the capacity to honour the meetings generated.

A question not on this list?

Ask it directly during the diagnostic call.

45 minutes of strategic call, no commitment. We answer all your questions and hand you a personalised campaign plan for selling your medical devices to French hospitals.
