Deployment of AI agents for French hospital prospecting for ProAct
ProAct aims to enter the French market and efficiently reach the right decision-makers in hospitals. The main challenge is to identify and contact department heads who are both responsive and likely to place orders. To address this, we propose a two-step approach: first, build a comprehensive list of all relevant department heads in French hospitals; second, execute a targeted outreach campaign to establish relationships and secure appointments.
Case study of a MedTech company
This MedTech needed to generate leads in a specific way: from French hospitals, respecting a certain rate of surgical stays, and only in Brittany and Ile-de-France.
Our agents scraped all the hospitals, disqualified those that did not meet the criteria, and highlighted the qualified hospitals:

From these hospitals, our agents used custom-developed scrapers to identify the department heads most likely to be interested and to respond. All in an accessible CRM, so that these leads could be reused for other campaigns.


This lead generation enabled agents to prospect (personalized messages, LinkedIn connection requests, profile visits, etc.) in an autonomous, progressive and personalized way - without human action.

Between 20/05 and 05/06, these agents generated 11 sales calls, 8 of which were closed, representing €320,000 in sales. No human action required.

As demonstrated in the CureCall case study, we can deliver a highly targeted and actionable database. For ProAct, we will scrape all 2,976 French hospitals and identify the three most relevant department heads at each, resulting in a total of 8,928 prospects. This data will be centralized in a dedicated CRM, where AI agents will then conduct a six-month multichannel prospecting campaign via LinkedIn and email. These agents will engage the identified department heads, nurture relationships, and book appointments, with all outreach logged and tracked. Messaging will be validated in advance, and the agents will operate autonomously to ensure consistent, scalable execution.
